 ining Begins (If you are bringing food\, please arrive by 7pm)\n\n\n\nPres
 ented by: CMS Members\n-Please Note\, this is a CMS member-only event whic
 h is included in your membership. Guests are welcome if they join the Soci
 ety prior to the event.\n\n 	Members are encouraged to bring a mushroom di
 sh to share with other members.\n 	**Only the following mushroom species m
 ay be used**\n\n 	Boletus Barrowsii\, Boletus Edulis\, Boletus Rupriceps (
 Porcini)\, Cantharellus sp. (Chantrelle)\, Coprinus Comatus\, Dentinum Rep
 andum (Hydnum\nRepandum)\, Flammulina Velutipes\, Sarcondon Imbricatus\, L
 actarius Deliciosus\, Marasmius Oreades\,\nMatsutake : Tricholoma Murrilli
 anum\, Morchella species\, Pleurotus Ostreatus\, Albatrellus Ovinus\, Alba
 trellus Confluens (Sheep mushroom)\n 	Any mushrooms from a grocery store\n
 \n\n\n\n 	All the dishes brought to the Cook &amp\; Taste must follow thes
 e rules:\n- All mushrooms must be well cooked. Raw mushrooms will not be a
 llowed in any dish.\n- Use only one species of mushroom in each dish.\n- A
  written recipe prominently showing the species of mushroom in the dish an
 d the cook's name MUST\naccompany each dish.\n- **Leccinum (including the 
 “Aspen Bolete”) species are not allowed.**\n\nPLEASE BRING A FEW OF YO
 UR RECIPE MUSHROOMS COOKED\, IF YOU CAN\, SO WE CAN\nTASTE THE MUSHROOM AL
 ONE BEFORE FEASTING. INCLUDE THE NAME OF THE\nMUSHROOM. THIS IS NOT REQUIR
 ED!\n\nThose who have no time to cook or cannot cook may bring drinks\, de
 sserts\, salads\, or bread\n(prepared food from the grocery is fine.) Here
