  of main entrance)\n\n 	\n\n 	7:00 pm– Cook and Taste Setup\n 	7:15 pm
 – Dining Begins (If you are bringing food\, please arrive by 7pm)\n\n\n\
 nPresented by: CMS Members\n-Please Note\, this is a CMS member-only event
  which is included in your membership. Guests are welcomed if they\njoin t
 he Society prior to the event.\n\n 	Members are encouraged to bring a mush
 room dish to share with other members.\n 	**Only the following mushroom sp
 ecies may be used**\n\n 	Boletus Barrowsii\, Boletus Edulis\, Boletus Rupr
 iceps (Porcini)\, Cantharellus sp. (Chantrelle)\, Coprinus Comatus\, Denti
 num Repandum (Hydnum\nRepandum)\, Flammulina Velutipes\, Sarcondon Imbrica
 tus\, Lactarius Deliciosus\, Marasmius Oreades\,\nMatsutake : Tricholoma M
 urrillianum\, Morchella species\, Pleurotus Ostreatus\, Albatrellus Ovinus
 \, Albatrellus Confluens (Sheep mushroom)\n 	Any mushrooms from a grocery 
 store\n\n\n\n\n 	All the dishes brought to the Cook &amp\; Taste must foll
 ow these rules:\n- All mushrooms must be well cooked. Raw mushrooms will n
 ot be allowed in any dish.\n- Use only one species of mushroom in each dis
 h.\n- A written recipe prominently showing the species of mushroom in the 
 dish and the cook's name MUST\naccompany each dish.\n- **Leccinum (includi
 ng the “Aspen Bolete”) species are not allowed.**\n\nPLEASE BRING A FE
 W OF YOUR RECIPE MUSHROOMS COOKED\, IF YOU CAN\, SO WE CAN\nTASTE THE MUSH
 ROOM ALONE BEFORE FEASTING. INCLUDE THE NAME OF THE\nMUSHROOM. THIS IS NOT
  REQUIRED!\n\nThose who have no time to cook or cannot cook may bring drin
 ks\, desserts\, salads\, or bread\n(prepared food from the grocery is fine
