 e (to the right of main entrance)\n\n 	\n\n 	7:00 pm– Cook and Taste Set
 up\n 	7:15 pm– Dining Begins (If you are bringing food\, please arrive b
 y 7pm)\n\n\n\nPresented by: CMS Members\n-Please Note\, this is a CMS memb
 er-only event which is included in your membership. Guests are welcomed if
  they\njoin the Society prior to the event.\n\n 	Members are encouraged to
  bring a mushroom dish to share with other members.\n 	**Only the followin
 g mushroom species may be used**\n\n 	Boletus Barrowsii\, Boletus Edulis\,
  Boletus Rupriceps (Porcini)\, Cantharellus sp. (Chantrelle)\, Coprinus Co
 matus\, Dentinum Repandum (Hydnum\nRepandum)\, Flammulina Velutipes\, Sarc
 ondon Imbricatus\, Lactarius Deliciosus\, Marasmius Oreades\,\nMatsutake :
  Tricholoma Murrillianum\, Morchella species\, Pleurotus Ostreatus\, Albat
 rellus Ovinus\, Albatrellus Confluens (Sheep mushroom)\n 	Any mushrooms fr
 om a grocery store\n\n\n 	All the dishes brought to the Cook &amp\; Taste 
 must follow these rules:\n- All mushrooms must be well cooked. Raw mushroo
 ms will not be allowed in any dish.\n- Use only one species of mushroom in
  each dish.\n- A written recipe prominently showing the species of mushroo
 m in the dish and the cook's name MUST\naccompany each dish.\n- **Leccinum
  (including the “Aspen Bolete”) species are not allowed.**\n\nPLEASE B
 RING A FEW OF YOUR RECIPE MUSHROOMS COOKED\, IF YOU CAN\, SO WE CAN\nTASTE
  THE MUSHROOM ALONE BEFORE FEASTING. INCLUDE THE NAME OF THE\nMUSHROOM. TH
 IS IS NOT REQUIRED!\n\nThose who have no time to cook or cannot cook may b
 ring drinks\, desserts\, salads\, or bread\n(prepared food from the grocer
