County Road 32, Fort Collins, CO 80525 (970-226-0978) Ingredients: 1 tbsn butter 1 1/2 cup chopped mushrooms 3/4 cup ham crumbs 3 oz. cream cheese 1/4 tspn dried thyme 1 drop of Tabasco Directions: In a food processor, chop mushrooms until fine. Sauté mushrooms in butter for 5 minutes, until tender. Using food processor, process ham into very small bits, add thyme, and a drop to Tabasco. In a medium bowl, blend mushrooms, ham and cream cheese. Pack into a bowl or mold. Refrigerate 2-4 hours. Related
