County Road 32, Fort Collins, CO 80525 (970-226-0978) Ingredients: 8 oz. chopped shiitake mushrooms 4 oz. cream cheese 3 oz. softened butter 1 oz. breadcrumbs, fresh if you have them 2 tspn finely chopped onion dash of nutmeg 1 tbsn lemon juice Seasoning of your choice Directions: Sauté mushrooms, onion, and butter until cooked through. Add breadcrumbs and stir thoroughly. Remove for heat and add nutmeg, cream cheese, and lemon juice while stirring. Spoon mixture in a food processor and mix until smooth. Add seasoning.
