This presentation aims to provide comprehensive insights into mushroom cultivation, including the mushroom life-cycle, techniques for recreating natural environments in a controlled setting, as well as three fundamental models for successful mushroom farming: outdoor beds, outdoor logs, and indoor cultivation. Additionally, the talk will delve into the selection of the right supplies and crop selection to ensure a successful yield.

Gary is the proprietor of Fresh from the Farm Fungi, a small-scale gourmet mushroom farm located in Sedalia, CO. The company was established in 2018 in Denver and subsequently expanded to its present location, a brand new 1500 square foot facility that produces seasonal mushrooms for the local markets along the front range.
